Custom Orders
At Good Measure Cookie Co., every batch is crafted in small quantities to ensure premium quality and presentation. For special occasions, large-scale celebrations, or cookie variety party boxes, we’re happy to offer custom experiences beyond our standard menu.

What qualifies as a custom order?
Custom orders include:
• Minimum order quantity: 2 dozen (24) cookies/items
• Specialty or limited-edition flavors
• Flavor modifications
• Corporate or branded packaging
• Custom color themes or decorative finishes
• Holiday pre-orders
• Wedding, shower, or milestone event orders
Minimums & Lead Time
Custom orders require:
• Minimum order quantity: 2 dozen (24) cookies/items
• Advance notice (recommended 7–14 business days; larger events may require more)
• Confirmation of flavor selections and design details at least 7 business days prior to production
Rush requests may be accommodated based on availability and may include an expedited fee.
Pricing, Deposit & Payment Policy
Pricing is determined based on quantity, modifications, specialty ingredients, and current market price of raw goods. A written quote will be provided after request is received. Quotes are valid for 30 days after issuance.
A signed agreement and a 50% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure all custom orders.
Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to pickup or delivery date. Non-payment will result in order cancellation (deposit/any payments made towards order will not be refunded).
If an order is accepted within 14 days of pickup or delivery date, full balance is due to confirm order.
Custom orders are made specifically for your event, therefore cancellations, flavor changes, or date changes will not be accommodated once production has begun.
Presentation & Design
Due to the handcrafted nature of our items:
• Color, decorative finishes and toppings may vary slightly and at our discretion
• Color tones may differ slightly from digital inspiration images and previous batches
• Flavor profile and quality will ALWAYS remain consistent
Every order is created in good measure — thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented.
Weather & Pickup Conditions
In the event that severe or unsafe weather conditions make scheduled pickup or delivery impossible, your order will be carefully packaged and heat-sealed to preserve freshness until a new pickup date can be arranged (within 48 hours). While weather situations are beyond our control, refunds cannot be issued due to inclement weather. We will work with you to ensure your cookies remain as fresh as possible until they can safely be collected.
Health & Consumption Acknowledgment
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that our products are food items intended for consumption. As with any food product, there are inherent risks associated with eating, including but not limited to choking hazards, foodborne illness, or allergic reactions. While we take care in preparing our cookies in small batches, customers assume responsibility for consumption and for ensuring that recipients are aware of any potential allergens.
