Refund Policy

At Good Measure Cookie Co., every order is baked fresh, made to order, and prepared in small batches with care. Due to the perishable nature of our products and in accordance with cottage food regulations, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Order Accuracy
If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part (incorrect item or quantity), you must notify us at the time of pickup (prior to departure). Acceptance of a pickup order confirms order accuracy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled once production has begun. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Custom Orders & Deposits
Custom and large event (bulk) orders require a nonrefundable 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date.
- Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- The 50% deposit is nonrefundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or date changes (deposit is nontransferable).
- The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to pickup or delivery date as outlined in your invoice.
Custom orders require advance ingredient purchasing, preparation time, and scheduling accommodations, therefore any payment made is not refundable and cannot be transferred to future dates.
Quality Commitment
We take pride in providing premium, handcrafted cookies. Variations in appearance are natural and reflect the artisanal nature of our products. Flavor preferences are subjective and do not qualify for refunds.
