We get a lot of great questions—some about ordering, some about ingredients, and some… well, some just make us laugh. To keep things simple: we bake in small batches, sell out fast, and do our best to keep everything clear on each product listing. If you don’t see what you need, reach out—we’re happy to help.

Ordering & Availability

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order quantity is 3 items.

Single-cookie purchases are not available at this time, and orders that do not meet the minimum requirement cannot be processed.

We bake in small batches and package our cookies with thoughtful care. Requiring a minimum of three items allows us to maintain freshness, consistency, presentation standards, and operational efficiency — ensuring every order feels complete and Always in Good Measure.

Holy cow, $5 per cookie? Why do they cost so much??

Short answer? Because these aren’t “grab-from-the-grocery-aisle” cookies.

Long answer? Pull up a chair.

At Good Measure Cookie Co., we use:

• Real butter (the good kind — browned to perfection)
• Premium chocolate (multiple varieties, because one is never enough)
• High-quality mix-ins and fillings
• Small-batch production
• Generous 3–4 oz portions
• And a whole lot of intention

We don’t cut corners. We don’t use mystery fats. We don’t skimp on the chocolate.

You’re not paying for “a cookie.” You’re paying for: Balance. Texture. Premium ingredients. Craft. That “oh wow” first bite. 

We believe in being Always in Good Measure — and that includes quality. So yes… they’re $5. But they’re also worth every crumb!

An item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

You should've shopped sooner! JK, but seriously, since we bake in small batches, quantities are limited but below are a few ways to be notified if an item is restocked:

  1. If the item is still online, select the “Notify When Available” button on the product page to receive an email when the item is restocked.
  2. Submit a custom order request via the form on the Contact Us page.
  3. Sign up for the company email list (found at the bottom of our website). Some of our newsletters share items that have been restocked.
  4. Follow us on social media (links at the bottom of our website). Here we post new product arrivals and most restocks.
Can I modify flavors or ingredients?

Items listed on our website are sold as is. However, if you have special requests or dietary restrictions, read more about custom orders here (not all requests will be fulfilled; minimum order quantities may apply).

How do I cancel an order?

Items are made-to-order and cannot be changed or canceled after production has started. Feel free to email us at support@goodmeasurecookieco.com as soon as possible to check the status of your order (however there are NO guarantees that an order can be changed/canceled even if you email us before the order ships – as reminder, we have a 48 business hour response window).  We highly recommend that you check and double check your cart for accuracy prior to placing an order. Product descriptions clearly state product information (including allergens) and failure to review this information is not a valid reason for us to cancel, change, or refund an order.  Once your order has shipped, it cannot be changed, canceled, or returned/refunded.

I ordered the wrong item(s), what should I do?

Always triple check orders before you place them! If your order has not made it to the oven we may be able to help, but we can’t make any promises. Email support@goodmeasurecookieco.com as soon as possible with your name and order number and we'll see what we can do! If your order has shipped, unfortunately it's out of our hands.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping & Local Pickup

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please email us support@goodmeasurecookieco.com requesting a status update. Please include your name and order number in your email.

Help! I haven't received my order yet, what should I do?

Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Please check your shipping method and confirm that the allotted shipping timeframe has passed. If the timeframe has passed, email us at support@goodmeasurecookieco.com with your order number and request a status update. If the delay is due to an administrative error on our end, we will refund all shipping costs.

Do you offer local pickup and/or local delivery?

Returns

What is the return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns under any circumstances. If there is an issue with your order, let us know at the time of pickup (prior to departure).

Product Variation Clause

Due to our small-batch process, toppings, drizzle patterns, and aesthetic details may vary and differ from product photos and/or previous orders. Flavor profile and quality remain consistent.

Storage & Freshness Guidance

For best quality, enjoy within 3–5 days. Store in an airtight container at room temperature unless otherwise instructed.

Allergen Disclaimer

Allergen Notice: Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to state inspection and may process common allergens including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and chocolate. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
