2. Cottage Food Disclosure
Good Measure Cookie Co. operates under Maryland Cottage Food Law.
Our products are homemade and not subject to state inspection. They are produced in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.

3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that:

4. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Payment is required in full at checkout unless otherwise stated for custom orders. Custom and large event orders require a nonrefundable 50% deposit to secure booking, with the remaining balance due 7 business days prior to pickup or delivery.
Orders are not confirmed until payment (or required deposit) has been received.
5. No Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If an error occurs due to our mistake, customers must notify us via email at support@goodmeasurecookieco.com within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We reserve the right to determine an appropriate resolution.

6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Good Measure Cookie Co. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit.
