Shipping Policy

At Good Measure Cookie Co., every order is baked fresh in small batches and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing prior to shipment unless otherwise stated. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
To ensure optimal freshness and prevent packages from sitting in transit over the weekend, orders are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will begin processing on the following business day.
You will receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Days
To preserve freshness and avoid weekend transit delays, orders are typically shipped Monday through Thursday.
We do not ship on weekends (including Fridays) or federal holidays unless otherwise stated in custom order signed agreement
Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS based on the shipping option selected at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Good Measure Cookie Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

Cottage Food Shipping Compliance
We ship only in accordance with Maryland cottage food regulations. Shipping availability may be limited to approved locations. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address complies with applicable cottage food laws in their state.
Warm Weather Shipping
During warmer months, we take precautions to protect your order. However, Good Measure Cookie Co. is not responsible for minor softening/melting or cosmetic changes due to heat exposure during transit.
Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address carefully. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment. Freshness is not guaranteed in the event of delayed shipping due to address inaccuracies.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged due to carrier handling, please contact us via email at support@goodmeasurecookieco.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The shipping box
- Packaging materials
- The product condition
We will review and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
