Vendor Events & Large-Scale Orders
Good Measure Cookie Co. specializes in elevated, small-batch gourmet cookies — thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. For large-scale events, festivals, corporate activations, and conferences, we offer structured high-volume production while maintaining our signature quality standards.
Please read the below sections prior to submitting your request:
Event Capacity
We are equipped to support events with 500–1,000+ attendees through:
• Individually packaged cookies
• Branded or themed assortments
• Pre-boxed bundles (3, 6, or 12 count)
• Bulk display trays
• Corporate gifting drops
• Flavor-curated event menus
Large-scale production is planned strategically to preserve freshness, consistency, and presentation.
Minimums & Planning Timeline
Minimum order quantity: 2 dozen (24) cookies/items.
For events exceeding 10 dozen (120 cookies):
• Minimum 4 weeks advance notice recommended
• Final headcount confirmation is required 14 days prior to event date
• Signed written agreement outlining quantity, packaging, and delivery logistics is required
Deposits & Payment Structure
A 100% nonrefundable deposit is required to secure event production dates.
Because event production blocks calendar space and ingredient sourcing, cancellations are not refundable once production planning begins.
Packaging & Presentation Options
We offer:
• Individually heat-sealed cookies (recommended for high-traffic events)
• Custom logo labels/boxes (client provided or co-branded)
• Tiered box options
• Flavor signage & menu cards
• Allergen labeling in accordance with cottage food guidelines
Design elements may vary slightly due to handcrafted preparation, but flavor integrity and quality remain consistent.
On-Site Vendor Participation
For in-person vendor setups, we provide:
• Professional booth presentation
• Tiered pricing display
• Structured inventory management for high-volume sales
• Digital payment capability
Electrical access and table requirements must be confirmed by event organizers.
Weather & Pickup Conditions
In the event that severe or unsafe weather conditions make scheduled pickup or delivery impossible, your order will be carefully packaged and heat-sealed to preserve freshness until a new pickup date can be arranged (within 48 hours). While weather situations are beyond our control, refunds cannot be issued due to inclement weather. We will work with you to ensure your cookies remain as fresh as possible until they can safely be collected.
Health & Consumption Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you acknowledge that our products are food items intended for consumption. As with any food product, there are inherent risks associated with eating, including but not limited to choking hazards, foodborne illness, or allergic reactions. While we take care in preparing our cookies in small batches, customers assume responsibility for consumption and for ensuring that recipients are aware of any potential allergens.
